Vaishnavi was born on October 2, 2007. She faced hardships from a very young age, as her father, Marutharaju, left the family early on. Since then, her mother has been taking care of her, working in a jewelry shop to support their livelihood. She completed her schooling in a government school and is currently pursuing her first year of BCA at SASTRA University. Due to her interest in building a career and gaining experience, she joined a company for work, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a fraud company and she was also deceived. After facing this setback, she decided not to rely on such organizations again. This led her to connect with Karthik, who guided and motivated her towards a better path. With his support and vision, she became a part of building Syro Tech Hub. At Syro, Vaishnavi played a key role in creating the Coaching Department. With a strong motivation to help students, especially those from government colleges, she introduced affordable coaching programs—offering courses at very low fees to ensure accessibility for everyone. Her goal is to help as many people as possible and create opportunities for students to grow and succeed. Coming from a financially struggling background, she is determined to make a positive impact through her work. Vaishnavi, originally from Paramakudi and later settled in Kumbakonam, continues to contribute actively as a coach and creator at Syro Tech Hub, working towards a better future for others.
